cravings are a major detox symptom. as long as you're having enough lemonades and you know it's not real hunger, remember you can get through this.
this is perfectly normal. our relationship to food is very mental. it can be even viewed as an addiction and you're going thru withdrawal right now.
cold sweats, shaking, crying it'll pass. don't let it get you down.
you are stronger than that. you can do it.
you can eat all you want next week. but right now you set out to do something and you've got something to prove to yourself and I believe you can do it, you just need to believe it too and make it happen.
