I noticed something interesting today...
I cleaned almost the whole day, I was also running behind on lemonade, running off very little lemonade. So i caught myself up, and now im tired as hell, opposed to the energy i had just a bit ago. Something similar to this, is when i was eating food, i always always, always got tired after i ate.
I dont know what to make of this.



The good news is that I didn't want it at all. I thought about all the horrible things I've read about cheese and how the bread would sit in my stomach like a brick. No, thank you!
I've been a vegetarian for 2 1/2 years but I gained a lot of weight in that time due to my love affair with heavy carbs and sugar. My goal after the cleanse is to go vegan, cut out all processed foods and incorporate more raw vegetables into my diet.
