Hello everyone! It's day 6 for me so I'm over that half way point, unless my tongue isn't pink by then! I had flu-like symptoms all day yesterday and again didn't get much sleep, but was in bed for at least 8 hours so that's good. I think I am feeling these flu symptoms #1. bc that's normal, part of the "Healing Crisis" and #2. bc I barely had any elminations yesterday so I am full of toxins wanting to get out.

It's 9:41am here in LA so I am still working on my SWF. I am more than half way done and am doing MIND OVER MATTER tricks, so surprisingly it's going down and staying down, which is great! I figured I need to get these toxins out that have been storing for the last day, and the SWF (warmed up) should help. I can't believe that my SWF and two cups of lax tea did not help yesterday. I was really clogged!

So anyways...I am so excited I made it to day 6. I must tell you everyday is a different day on this cleanse, and if it wasn't for this site, this daily encouragement and loads of information, I don't think I would have made it past day 2, at least not for my first cleanse. So thank you all for your help and support. It is most appreciated.

Day 14 - ONLY ONE WEEK TO GO!

I couldn't sleep well with unfamiliar headache - very sharp but not really severe. It's different kind of headache that I had in early days(day1-4).
Probably it's a sign of another detox!

My feet are freezing even I layered my socks...but just feet. Hands are warm enough and others either. Poor feet...

I've known that you are huge water drinker according to other post. Now, I'm like you! I am a bottomless water bin! And flying to the bathroom every 30 minutes!!

    >>Supercleanser
Elimination is still semi-solid. Dark to light. I have 10+ BM in 4 hours and last 2 hours are mostly bail. But sometimes I pass small gelatinous thing (sorry, it's too graphic ) in later BM...I haven't seen anything really solid yet, but the amount of semi-solid elimination is getting larger and larger everyday. Even I pass a lot, I don't lose any weight these days!!!!
...And I'm sorry about heater/hot water issue. Hopefully they are fixed soon

    >>Sarah1113
    Congrats!
Even your side effects were hollible, you could handle them and made 10-day cleanse!!
I believe that's a big step for your future...

I'm working where doesn't have any tiny space to squeeze fresh juice. So I squeeze 5 servings of lemon juice(=10 Tsp) every morning, and mix it with maple syrup, pour into 1.5 litre water bottle with room for this lemon mixture. I can serve to cup anytime I want, and add cayenne to the cup.
I sometimes feel hungry in subway or bus. But I have this bottle...just chug it! and feel better

Day 10. Ok I woke up feeling fine (not ravenous) so I'm finishing proper-like. And I forget whose advice it was to wait to break until I feel "normal" and I think that's definitely a good policy. I had "breakfast" with a friend today (giant omelette for him, tea for me) and his food made me feel sick to my stomach. That is just the loveliest feeling! And I have had this delicious tabouleh salad in my fridge that a friend left here a few days ago and today was the first day that I looked at it and felt....nothing. sigh........

A big cheer to everyone else who's on day 10 today. WE DID IT!

I am on day 2 and though I want to eat, it is not overwhelming in its urge. More habit I think. I do however have serious nicotine withdrawal. Any suggestions on helping to overcome the smoking. I feel like smoking and detoxing are completely counterproductive, but the little monster (nicotine) is agitating and I would appreciate any suggestions from those who have been through it. Thanks

    Day #3

SWF didnt produce anything on Day 1, but Day 2 and 3 were full of "butt pee". I do find it much easier to drink smaller glasses of the SW which allows me to pretty much "slam" the whole thing without tasting it.

So far, no real detox symptoms, so I dont know if thats good or bad, but no headaches, and getting plenty of sleep. Have been drinking 6 lemon drinks per day and 1 tea before bed.

Starting to realize that alot of my eating is out of boredum and not hunger. I am very surprised at how easily I have made it to day 3, seeing how my body is used to red meats 2-3 days per week, and plenty of carbs in the form of pasta/pizza etc. I am in a little fear of what Day 4 will bring as to date I am finding this fast relativly easy. ASide from the fact that I WANT to eat solid foods, I have no other "symptoms".

    I have to quick questions:
    1. The Cayenne i am using is by McCormick and is called "Ground Cayenne" and right under that the lable reads RED PEPPER......I read that red pepper is not a substitue for the cayanne, but this is the only cayenne i found at the store...is this the right one?

    2. For the SWF, I heat up 2 8 oz glasses of water and put 1 tsp into each glass....I chugg both and immedately follow that with the remaining water....so i basically do it all in under 2minutes....is this ok? I read that to much salt at once is not good, but since i am doing it so quickly, does it matter?

Thanks and good luck too all.......I will check back tomorrow with a Day 4 update and expect this to take a turn for the worse.

Thanks Peanutterb. I followed your advice and have been doing nothing but reading posts for the last hour. A question, what is that long word in your reply to me? 'vasovagalkeafkjasoidefjawolknfsfi' I've never seen it and don't know what it means.

    Hi Cnote,

If it says cayenne on there, you're good to go. All cayenne peppers are red peppers, but not all red peppers are cayenne.

Your SWF solution is sort of halfway between a "shot" and doing it the regular way. I recommend doing it the regular way (which, using your method, would be to dissolve 1/2 tsp in each of four glasses and then drink each one, or, alternatively, just to dissolve all the salt in all the water and pour it out a glass at a time and drink that).

Others have reported both success and danger doing it any other way than the recommended way. But frankly, I don't think doing it the recommended way would taste all that different from what you're doing, so why not just stick with the tried and true? Still, it's your choice.

    Hey everyone,

finished day 24 two days ago, did grapefruit juice, tea and water all day yesterday but today I have these small bumps on the left side of my face, could I still be detoxing or is that reaction to the grapefruit juice? Do I continue on this grapefruit juice and soup today or should I continue with the lemonade? So confusing anyways, I looked up some juice fasting recipes, can I continue to fast with juice if I am off the lemonade. What do you think?

    Default DAY 11 !! I did it!

Unbelievable!! I can't believe that I went 10 days without food!

I want to thank you all for your encouraging support. Your participation on this board keeps people motivated and focused. Each one helping the other.

    3. Heavy toxic metal detox.
    4. Softer skin
    5. Feel internally lighter and cleaner
    6. Incredible optimism and a fresh outlook for my life.
    7. Joint pain relief
    8. Mental clarity. (I'm sharp as a tack!)
    9. Improved communication (I'm no longer in a mental fog stumbling over my words)

Newbies: You have lot to look forward to. You can't even begin to imagine!

I'm moving to a live food diet now. I'm shooting for 80% raw, 20% cooked. I tried it once before, but should have done a proper cleanse (like MC) first, before changing my diet so drastically. This time I'm psyched!

Special thanks to all the Extended Cleansers (10+ days)! You are such an inspiration to everyone. I was able to get through this cleanse and it was a breeze because I knew that there were people out there doing what you do.

    Continued success!

    Peanutbutter
You are amazing! Thank you for all you do for the board.

    Ginger
Day 30!!! You go, Ms. Awesome! That's truly an unbelievable accomplishment. I'm proud of you.

    Eurekam
You mentioned that you know of several LIVE FOOD restaurants in NYC. I travel there alot. Could you please give me the names of a few. Thanks a million!!

    Gagirl79
Having my period during the cleanse was NOT pretty. I felt like @#%$! Hang in there, girl. It WILL pass. Trust me. I was in tremendous pain and then 2 days later I felt like a million bucks. You can do it!

My martini glass is now filled with freshly squeezed orange/grapefruit juice! Yeah!

Have a great cleansing day, lemonheads.
