Hi babs: I'll be glad to have the company! Yeah, I did the raw --> vegan --> vegetarian w/ a few lapses for fish and chicken. Did try raw cheese; Whole Foods has a great selection. But I don't think the cheese helped my sinuses any.

Talking Re: What day are you on and How are you doing: General Check in

    OH MY GOD!

Ok so i didnt do the full ten days, a friend of mine is having a BD this weekend and I want to eat BRISKET!!! Ok sorry about that to all of you who are still on the cleanse, but I am are talking about marinated costco choice cut brisket!!!

Ok so i went on the clense for 8 days and lost a total of 13lbs. I gained 2lbs back and am maintaining at 174lbs.

So I have worked out ever nsince I was about 12 years old (29 now). When I was younger I could skip working out for almost a year and mainatain a pretty ripped body. Then if I started to lose any muscle mass or definition I would simply work every muscle group a couple times within 7 days and fully gain it back if not better my physique.

As I got older it would take me now 2 months to gain back what i lost from just 4 months of not working out. So obviously when you get older and start losing the metabolism and HGH it becomes difficult to stay fit.

WELL THE LEMONADE DIET IS THE KEY. In jusy 8 days I gained back my entire physique!!! The only thing I have to work on is my stomach fat which I am assuming will be gone in about another week. I am TOTALLY amazed at the results from me being a total fatass to becoming a hottie again(im not a jerk or vain im just excited!). My family is totally shocked that I went from soft with no muscle, to hard, ripped, and quite big in just 8 days and only working out 3 times each body part. HOLY CRAP!!

Anyhoo, after this holiday is over I am gong to start it again for another 10 days if my stomach doesn't get down to where I want it from doing 400 situps a day and running a mile each day(run on sentence).

I had never heard of your idea to cotton swab the probiotic on the itchy area. You know where I'm itchy tho right??????????
    Babs,
Think of yeast as a parasite living within your body, living off the food and supplements you take to nourish yourself. When you put something in you to kill it, it is NOT going to like it! I work with microbial conditions all the time that don't want to leave the body. That's why I have a particular protocol for homeopathics to get inside the cells, then strenghten the mitochondria, and then givie something to kill it once outside it it's place of habitation.

I use GSE with some of my clients, but not everyone can tolerate it - it's pretty potent, and 15 drops at a time is a little much. That's why it yelled at you like it did.

Oh yeah, I know where the itchies are! Try the probiotic water for yourself and try it and see if it doesn't help relieve you.

Again, it is not the whole protocol, but at least you will be more comfortable.

Day 13, still taking it one day at a time.

I'm having a hard time with the saltwater this morning. I didn't make it the night before, so used cold water, and that is SO much more vile than warm water....

DH, on his third day after breaking his 10 day fast (but he has still mainly just had OJ b/c his stomach wasn't ready for more), went to his weight watchers weigh-in, and his total lost was about 7. He wishes it were more, but this loss took him within .4 lb of making his 10% (it's taken him over a year to get there), so he's still happy.

I didn't weigh myself before, so weighing now would be useless, but I can feel and see the changes. Yay!

What is weird is that 13 days into this, I still don't think I'll do some HUGE diet change when I'm eating again. Others have impulses to go raw, etc...I can see myself experimenting with it, but I can't see doing it full-on at all.

This whole MC has been so different from the other MCs I've done and attempted in the last 10 years, why should that part, the part about changing diet, be any different?

I'm going for 10 this time, but I've already got the next cleanse on the calender - just after Thanksgiving. I may go longer then.
