2 things - 1. Remember to take longer to break your fast since you did a longer fast. 20 days means 5 days breaking. so stay with juice and raw foods. you might want to wait on the olive garden, it might be a little rough on your system. just be very careful. i have been eating raw but am s till having discomfort.
2. olive garden - i'm not too sure about their "vegan" options. i've done some research previously cus that's where we went for my friend's grad dinner when she got her masters and me and another guy there were vegan (not strict) and i had breadsticks and minestrone and he had eggplant parm without the parm.
and according to this website i use to check out restaurants - http://www.vegetarian-restaurants.ne...ive-Garden.htm
i donno how updated the info is, but i'd suggest you make some calls.
One time I came here and asked the waitress what I could eat considering I was a vegetarian and did not eat eggs. Luckily she was a vegetarian (who ate eggs) and she went back in the kitchen and checked the ingredients of everything and she could not find anything that I could eat.

If you're planning on just being octo-lacto-vegetarian it'll be ok.
If you're just planning on taking it slow, the salad and soup should be fine (but be careful with the dressing) and try to avoid the bread. (tho it is so delicious) lol
