I'm now on Day #5 and still feeling good and surprisingly not having any detox symptoms . My back hurts a little and I'm sluggish in the evenings, but I can handle that!
I am not losing any weight either and have only been able to drink 6 glasses of Lemonade a day and I've been reading here that if i drink more lemonade or drink more water I will lose weight. So far, I haven't drank hardly any extra water on this cleanse because I didn't realize I needed to! I don't normally drink a lot as it is, so I will try to add more water and an extra lemonade today.
I also was wondering about the mint tea that we can occasionlly have. I bought some Lipton Green Tea that is Mint flavored with Spearmint and Peppermint, but the book doesn't mention what kind of mint tea we can have. I've been doing everything to the "T" on this so far and would hate to mess up if I drink something I'm not supposed to! If anyone knows if Green Tea is ok, please let me know!
Cooking, surprisngly, hasn't been bothering me, although last night I made the mistake of making one of my favorite dishes for the kids! It smelled SO good! I'm really wanting some food at this point, but only a few more days to go! I can do it!
This weekend is becoming a challenge w/ my husband home and tomorrow is Easter Sunday. I'm feeling a bit depressed that I can't do what we normally do on the weekends and this being a holiday weekend, it's depressing, but I'm trying to think of how much better I'll feel knowing I haven't had any chocolate bunnies!
I love this message board and it has been the support system I have needed since I am the only one I know who has done this! Thanks to all of you for your posts! It's really helpful to be able to come here and read all the questions.
