Just wanted to report two things:
1. I've been back to Curves twice so far this week and it's easier than I expected. I still take it very easy and go around the circuit only once, then stretch. (I'm still on the MC, Day 15.)
2. The protein powder didn't seem to work very well. I tried 1 tsp one day mixed in water and my digestive tract was very gurgly and it went right through me. I haven't taken it for a few days but I will try it again at least once more before giving up on it until after the cleanse.
