today is May30 I started last night anyone with me

I drank my tea last night and started this morning. This is my first cleanse (ive tried to start two other times but were bad timing and spur of the moment decisions, I planned this one a month ago) and was hoping to find someone close to me in time, all the posts seem to be from Jan and Feb. Is anyone out there near me timewise?

My Fiance and I started yesterday. We're going for 21 days.

I started yesterday for my 2nd 10 day MC. Like the first time, the first 2-3 days are the most difficult where I feel like quitting often.

On the thread, 'Here I go again...' feel free to join in. There are 3 of us all within a few days of each other.

Oh good. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to do this alone, I had a really hard time the last few times (obviously) Im a stay at home mom and making food for my four old got to me the last couple times I tried to start. But I just recently found the message board and am excited to have others to talk to about this.

Usually it is motivation that gets us through the first couple of days. After that, once you lose your taste for food, cooking becomes much easier, to the point where, you can actually get pleasure jut from inhaling the delicious aromas. For the most part, I cook foods that are not too high on my 'trigger' list. For instance, I will not cook pasta for anyone on the house at all during my MC, because I know it would be hard to resist.
