If anyone else will be having a brimming cup of lax tea for the first time tonight before bed, let me know! I would love to have someone to progress with.

I think i have everything pretty straight... i was a little nervou about my period, but not so much after reading everyones expiriences.

This is really a great place with great people which im sure will make for aweome support as it is needed.

You may want to visit the "November Cleansing Post Here" thread--pretty much everyone who's cleansing in November will be on there, and you'll have lots of company as well as resources.

ooh oooh i'll be your start buddy! im so glad you posted! i start tonight too. bought all my stuff at the store on the way home from the gym. i like the november cleanse thread, but i think teaming up with a buddy will be more personal and easier to help root each other on. Good luck! I hope this tea doesnt taste yucky like everything else is going to! LOL

Hello! I will begin my cleanse tomorrow morning, and you and I will be on the exact same schedule! Look forward to keeping tabs and comparing notes. I am a 38 year old single mom/student. Stay in touch and lets give each other support--- it helps!

Jen, were you able to do the SWF? I couldn't drink it, it was so hard, I had the tea again instead. Good luck today!

Hello!
I began my cleanse last night...and this morning I could NOT stomach the SWF which has me greatly worried...so I had the tea instead...and I was wondering if I should make the salt water in cold water or perhaps add some MS to it??? Any advice? I am already discouraged and it's only my first morning. On the positive side I do like the taste of the lemonade.

What a bunch of wimps we are. I couldnt see why I would want to choke (literally) down every painful sip of SWF when I could enjoy another yummy cup of tea instead. Its steeping as I type. LOL

I like the lemonade too! Its yummy!

Dont be discouraged, FirstTime.....the booklet specifically says if for some reason the SWF cant be taken, another cup of tea must be had in the morning. Youre doing great!
