oh ok. whew. I was a little overwhelmed earlier by all the quitting talk. sometimes it's too much for a girl to handle.
but if someone, not you, messes up and cheats for instance, we recommend they get right back in there and keep going but add a few extra days on their cleanse to make up for the cheat.
if you did it for a few days and then just stopped and went back to regular eating for a few days then i'd suggest waiting a little longer, but it's really up to you because sometimes people end and experience so much discomfort the best thing to do is get back to cleansing so no matter how long it's been, that's what they should do. Burroughs says that if when you break the fast you experience gas and other stomach discomfort you should go back on the cleanse for a few more days.
