Hi,
I have a quick question. When I break my fast I plan to do a couple of days of grapefruit juice and then I'd like to do some mono-eating. Since day 1 I've been craving fresh figs and olives (marinated in crushed red pepper). Do you think a day of figs and a day of spicy olives would digest easily enough? Last time I broke my fast I went too fast and didn't chew well so I'm trying to be careful.
