Good morning all,
My name is Chic. I'm 22 years old as of the 25th of September. I've tried this fast previously but it didn't work out so well. I admit, I was weak.
I'm a full time mother, student and employee of an Insurance company and because of my schedule, I've ate fast food everyday for the past 6 weeks! I'm 158 lbs and I'm 5'6. I feel completely unhealthy and I want to make some changes.
I'm starting this fast today. (I haven't bought the ingredients yet though) I have some questions though...
1. I'm currently sipping the detox tea. Is it more beneficial to "chuge" it rather than "sip" it?
2. Has anyone ever done a fast with just water? How did that work out?
3. What is your best advice to a newbie that works nine hour days, goes to school until 10:00 at night and has a three year old son?
I'm going to attempt this until October 13th.
Please help.
