post cleanse yeast infection

I just dod the Master Cleanse for the first time and loved it, but I had developed a viscious yeast infection. I have never had a yeast infection either so I am relucant to do the cleanse again in the future. Is there a way to prevent the infection?

I'm no expert, but are you taking Probiotic? I believe that this would solve your problem. I replaces the good bacteria that is washed away with the cleanse.


I'm sure that someone else with more expertise could verify this.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am not taking Probiotic, but will look into it.
