I was watching Tyra Banks Show on 9-21 and the topic was "celebrity diet secrets". There was a part of the show where they talked about different weight loss programs and the MC was one of them. They were bad mouthing The MC. Saying you have no energy and you become very crabby and you will not get any nutrients. First of all I thought The MC was a cleanser/detoxifier/healer and not a "diet plan". I thought the weight loss was a secondary result but not the main purpose of the cleanser. Whenever I do the MC, I have more energy than I do when I am not on the MC and I have been told that I am very easy to get along with also. I hear alot of people who say they can not do it because of their schedules but I believe that is just an excuse. If you are determined you can do this with almost any schedule with a few minor adjustments. Now that I have been seeing positive results I have become a believer in the MC.
