Severe stomach pain after breaking the fast: help!

Help! I'm on day 2 of breaking the fast after 10 days, and I am in agony. Background: this is my second cleanse, and the break went really well last time. I do it "by the book" and have been lurking on this board. Which by the way has been a godsend: thanks for all of your shares and advice.

Today I woke up with serious stomach pain: the kind that feels like someone is punching you and then on top of that, sharp stabbing pains. It's only gotten worse, and I'm doubled up barely able to walk.
So far I have been drinking lots of water and trying to use accupressure on points by the elbow and sternum. I made the mistake of coming to work, and now am stuck 35 miles from home, in a carpool that can't leave, with no access to a grocery store.

Is there anyone with any suggestions? I'll try anything! Thanks for any help!

oh well. either way.

sorry to hear about the pain.
what have you been eating?
do you have access to a grocery store? perhaps you can get some lemon, cayenne and ms? Burroughs says if you feel discomfort you should go back to lemonade.
were you feeling fine yesterday?
have you tried drinking hot tea?
i'm going to do a search and see what others who have had similar problems have done.

here's the only result i found - the person said they think they had an allergic reaction to something and had to take a pill.

can you tell us what you ate? perhaps it was something you put in the soup.

Thank you so much for the reply. I had tried the search and found stomach pain in reference to the senna tea, which I had already stopped.

I think I am pretty much screwed. I had already taken home from work all of my MC supplies and work in a town of 700 where the only store is a gas station with slim jims and beer nuts, ha.
I have my oranges and grapefruits here to juice, and carrots to puree. I was worried that any juice would make it worse, and of course have no hunger. But I guess it's the only option available.
I'm trying to decide if I want to drink only water until 4:45 when I can get home do a salt water flush or do the orange and grapefruit juice now.
I hate to be a whiner, this has totally knocked me off my feet!

Oh, I crossed posts with your last one. That is very helpful! I *did* have some organic chicken broth in my soup. Well, guess I didn't do so well with doing it "by the book". I will go juice my grapefruit right now.

Update:
The pain worsened throughout the day, and when I got home from work my husband put his foot down and insisted I see a Doctor. He's not a fan of the MC, and managed to tell the receptionist, nurse, *and* Doctor his disapproval. Fortunately the Doctor looked beyond an obvious cause and ran some tests. Turns out I have an infection of the bowels and an UTI.
One of the recommendations? A clear liquid diet, so the joke's on my husband, ha.
Has anyone had an experience with cleansing while having bowel infections or problems? I'm trying to decide whether to go back on the cleanse to help heal this, or wait, as I've done 20 days already in 7 weeks.
Any thoughts?

Maggieslp=having the same symptoms that your having - however i have no insurance to go to the doctor (unemployed) I broke the fast after day 6 and did the orange juice thing and veg broth however my stomach is killing me - did they give you antibotics or anything? I actually been feeling this way for a couple of weeks but sometimes I can bare it sometimes I cant- wondering if i should get Kefir/probiotics

You probably ate too soon and maybe the wrong food. Taper back to soups and diluted juices. You may want to buy a digestive aid to help.
