Hello everyone. I am new to this board but I browse several other MC boards. I ran out of lemons yesterday and I let my wife talk me out of continuing the MC. I was coming to the end of day 4 and ate dinner with the family. She wanted me to do weight watchers with her and her mother if I wanted to lose weight. I told her the main goal for the MC was to clean the toxins out but the weight loss comes along with it. I was feeling so good yesterday. Better than I have felt since my college football days back in the late 80's. I have seen significant weight loss (MC along with daily treadmill workouts). Energy level was through the roof. But today I can tell a big difference since I ate and I am on the way to get more lemons so I can start over. This time I have to be more determined not to get distracted by anyone or anything. My plans are to do a minimum of 10 days on the MC and then start "The Fat Smash Diet" and not weight watchers. I do not have a scale so I am not looking at the weight loss. I can find that out by the exra room in clothing. Also I gained 35 lbs in 7 months. That gain came from the fact that I quit smoking 7 months ago.
