    Default Is it safe to use deodorants and toothpaste on cleanse?

    I'm thinking the deodorant absorbs thru the armpit skin so i dont think it'd be safe using deodorant while doing the cleanse right? I'm probably still going to use it because I don't wanna smell haha

    do whatever you feel is right for you.
    i use toothpaste and deodorant. but basically those kinds of decisions are up to you.
