    Day 15 and have lost 12 pounds, and I believe my tongue is not as white today.

    Hello,

    I 'm also on day 15, and I think I'm down about 10 lbs. I haven't noticed that much difference, but my clothes are starting to feel a little looser.

    More importantly, I feel so proud of myself for getting this far even though I have felt some cravings in the last few days. Detox is good and I know my body will thank me for it!!

    Going for 20 days, and longer if I can...I will see how my tongue looks at that point.

    Sonya- Way to go partner! We seem to have had similar experiences!

    Hello! I have started this fast in order to change my general lifestyle - eating and drinking habits. The last time I have done this fast was over 2 yrs ago and I felt that I needed to clear my body of any toxins accumulated with eating nutritioanally undesirible foods.
    That's my main goal. Of course, weightloss is very motivational as well.
    I am 5"2, about 133 lbs. at the start of the fast, now - Day 15, 124 lbs. Lost about 9 lbs so far. Planning to continue untill my tongue gets cleared up and pink. Hoping to make it for 2 more weeks.

    Day 10, and I've lost 20 lbs on the dot. Interested to see where I end up in the morning.

    Wolo - 20 pounds in 10 days is phenomenal, keep it up.

    Sasha - We have pretty much the same stats. I am also 5'2, and started at 152, currently at 140, my goal is to be 125. I am now down to losing half a pound a day, I am guessing because I am the tail end of my weight loss, I do gently workout about 30 to 45 min everyday on the trampoline.

    I am trying to do the cleanse until Feb 29th, which is day 40 for me. I have never done such a long fast, still waiting for the energy to come.

    My biggest motivators are energy, weight loss and memory.

    I'm on day 5 of the MC. This will be my third cleanse. On the previous 2 cleanses, I lost about 10 lbs. each time, but this time the scale has not BUDGED!!!! Ack! I want to lose another 10 lbs... 15 would be better. I'm 5'2 and weigh 130. I used to weigh 114, and that was a very healthy weight for me. I want to get back down to that weight...

    And I'm on a deadline, too! I started on Feb 1. On Feb 24th, I'm going on vacation to Florida, and I want to feel good in my swimsuit. So, I figured now is a good time to do another cleanse... I've been feeling "off" lately anyway.

    Okay, so I'm trying to be patient. Anyone who wants to throw in some encouraging words, I'd love to hear them! 5 days, and the scale hasn't moved....

    I've been reading some of the other posts here... Maybe I'll try hitting the gym.

    One of the main reasons I started this cleanse was to lose weight and so far so good.

    I am losing about 1 pound per day. I lost 5 on the first day, but I know that most of that was food/water weight, and I am not counting that in my total, because I know that it will return once I start eating again.

    However, I am pretty active, and I have maintained my current exercise/workout programs. Early on in the fast I noticed a decrease in energy, but it all seemed to return after a couple of days.

    If losing weight is one of your goals, then I highly recommend that you continue to exercise as much as possible. The first few days will be rough, but the results will be worth it!

    How long ago were you at 114? Have you been working out with weights since then, are you more muscular, muscle weighs more than fat, so you may not be able to go to 114, are you at the same clothing size as when you were 114?

    I am the same height as you and am at 140, I know I have at the most 15 pounds, but I am very muscular. People are shocked to hear I weigh 140.

    You are losing weight fast because you may not have much to lose, but I think you will get rid of toxins faster as you have less stored fat, and the fat that you have will be gone, hang tough, keep us posted.

    In 16 days so far I have lost 13 pounds, I have revised my GW 125, currently at 139, so I only have 14 more pounds to lose.

    We can do it, we have come so far.

    I'm 5'9' and this morning I weighed in at 147.5. My goal is 125, so I still have 22.5 LBS. to go. I know some people may think that is too low for my height, but I am small boned and until four years ago, rarely ever went over 132 LBS. Hopefully, this time , I won't again!! Good Luck to everyone and think how much fun we'll have this summer! I'm on day 17 of 21, and when I finish, I'm doing the full one month challenge. Those fat cells don't stand a chance!
