Okay, my 21 days are over and weigh in this morning I was 18.6 lbs lighter than when I started. Yea! I feel great. Still need to lose about 12 lbs so I'm hoping to eat better and get more exercise.

Day two on the cleanse and I'm down 4 pounds. Very very happy with that!
To those who cant handle the SWF, I defffff recommend warming it. My first morning, i could barely gag it down and today I warmed it up and thought of it as soup and it was easy.

I'm predicting at least 6 pounds after 4 full days (checking tomorrow AM).
I had two pounds a day for the first two days. I'm guessing it will slow down to about 1 pound a day max. here on out.
I'm predicting I won't have 12 pounds in 10 days, but definitely 10. Great incentive to get to day 10!
Okay, checking in... Day 2 post cleanse. I've had a ton of energy this weekend and got a lot done around the farm. This has paid off because I'm down over 20 lbs now. Had juice and a grapefruit yesterday and juice and soup today. Looking forward to a small salad tomorrow. Hopefully with exercise this weight loss will continue... need to shed 10 more lbs.

Thanks athena11! Hey, don't let that discourage you, I had several .6 days, then some 1.2 days, even had 2 days that I weighed the same as the day before. I did find that if I could just do a little exercise that evening and then take a shower, the next morning showed good results! Sounds like you're doing pretty good so far... Thanks! I exercise for a vigorous 30 minutes every day, then go for a walk in the evening.Originally Posted by Almost40

Nope, sounds like you're doing great! I did keep to only 6 drinks as well and usually only got in a 15 minute walk in the afternoon and about 15 minutes working out 'some' evenings. I think you're doing great, just some days burn off more than others. Good luck!!Originally Posted by athena11
