Thank you, Tanya! Day 5 and still going strong-- my weight actually normalized back to its typical place by the end of Day 4. I haven't been exercising during the cleanse because my energy is not great, especially after a full day at work. I just need more sleep during this process! But I'm focusing on relaxing and cleansing mind and spirit as well. Thanks for your reply!
This is my first MC, and I am on Day 7. I am hoping to cleanse for 21 days or more. So far so good (I've lost 13 pounds) but I'm plagued by terrible cravings every afternoon. I know it's psychological and that I'm not really hungry but it's really difficult to stay focused. Has anyone else experienced this? I am hoping the cravings with decrease soon.
Yes, I think everyone experiences this. Congratulations on your spiritual/concious strength thus far, to just keep releasing these waves of craving. As long as you now your intaking a healthy amount/quality of food, keep truckin is my advice.
You also might want to look into Releasing. The Sedona Method really helped me in all ways with letting go of emotions, etc. like this.

Hi all! I am on day 4 of my 1st MC. I am 21 years old, 5'2 and when I started I was 130 lbs and I am now 126 lbs. My goal is 120 lbs.
I used to be a figure skater and I weighed 115 lbs and then I got out of it and got myself up to 160 lbs, started to exercise, went back down to 115 lbs then ended up at 140. I have been going to the gym recently and started eating healthier and got myself down to 130 lbs but I still am consuming a lot of SAD foodI am doing the MC to help me get rid of the toxins and help me develop a healthier diet.
I haven't gone to the gym since I have started because I just want to focus on one thing at a time. I figure after my cleanse, when I can start eating the soup, I will start to go back to the gym.
MC1: 04/04/2010 - 10 Days

I'm on day 5 of my first cleanse and have lost 11 pounds.
Start weight 201 and now 190.

Day 5 for me, and I've lost 6 pounds so far. I lost two the first day and 1 pound each day since. I started at a 191 pounds. I'm 26, a size 14 and I'm 5'4. My ultimate goal is 140. But I'm taking this cleanse one pound at a time. I'm hoping to get in the 170's in the next two weeks.
