Ok, I'm going to have to use a calculator, cause I'm used to metric...
I'm 5'-7" (1m73), In the past couple of months I've already changed my diet a lot and started working out a lot more, so before the cleanse I had already lost 20 pounds (9 kg). I then weighed 152 pounds (69 kg), I have only weighed myself on the third day in the morning, I weighed 148 pounds (67 kg) then, so I had lost four pounds.
I don't have a scale to weigh myself, but this weekend at my mother's I'll be able to weigh myself again, I do think I've lost more weight. My sister weighs 137 pounds (62 kg) and she's the same height as me and I think her body looks perfect, so I want to have the same weight as she has!! Which means eleven pounds or five kilos left to lose! I think I will be able to do that, my new healthier lifestyle really makes me feel so much better and I don't want to go back to my old eating habits. It'd so cool to be able to swap clothes with my sis.![]()
