Day 6 here for me... Im down a total of 7.2 pounds... although I think that might be a pound or two off since i didn't do the SWF yesterday (I think I am retaining less water sans-flush). I didn't really start this to lose weigh (although it is a welcome side effect) but more to transition into a vegan diet.

current weight: 140.4
Day 9 and am down 9 pounds, no major detoxing the last couple of days.

This is my first cleanse, and I am on day 18. I am male and 6'4" tall. The night before I started I weighed in at 208. Last night I weighed 188 and this morning I was at 186.5. It sure got a lot easier after day 10. This may be because I had planned to do 20 days and after day 10 I knew I was heading toward the end.
I'm just on Day 2 and I'm down 4 lbs. I must have had a ton of water weight though -- I love salt.
I have to admit, I do the MC mainly for weight loss -- although my first time around I learned a LOT about my body and became much more aware of my eating habits and what I put into my mouth! Very good benefits...
So although I HATED the detoxing the last time around, I'm back for round 2. I'm getting married in July, and I want to be healthy and skinny and gorgeous. I feel like the MC is the perfect way to get myself into the right mindset for healthy living and cleanse myself of all of the crap I've binged on over the past few months (Christmas, ack!). I felt absolutely wonderful last summer (I did the cleanse leading up to fitting into my bridesmaid dress for a friend's wedding), and the only thing I crave crave craved...
French Fries!!!!! Can't live without em.
So... Day 2. Started at 135, goal weight is 118. I'm at 130 today. I'll probably stop the MC at 21 days no matter what, then work on my own from there through a healthy diet and gym trips!
Good luck to everyone else, and check this board often -- it's one of the only things that got me through MC#1!!

I'm on Day 5 of my second MC and lost about 8 pounds so far. Lost it all in 4 days and didn't lose any weight that 5th day. Hoping to keep the weight loss going because I'm still about 20 lbs over my ideal weight.

only day 5, but I haven't lost any weight. 5'1", 130lbs. grr, what gives?
Day 12, have lost 10.5 pounds so far, from what I can see, I will probably be losing half a pound a day. I have between 15 to 20 pounds to lose.
I am 5'2" and at 141.5, but have very dense muscle mass, actually hoping to lose a bit during the cleanse.
Internal Spring cleaning in progress.

I'm on Day 7 and I've lost 16 pounds so far. I'm 6'2" and started at 221.
Everyone at work is shocked at what I've lost, and now they all want to try the detox.![]()
This is my first MC. Day 11 is 4 minutes away. Started at 224.6lbs and am now at 207.0 Actually, I think that I was bloated from the SWF, and subsequently lost 5+ pounds in the first two days from NOT doing the SWF anymore. I drink the tea a.m. and p.m. with good results... so good that I can time when I'll have to be near the bathroomI'll continue as long as my tongue is nasty and mouth tastes like blchhheee! Keep up the posts... they are inspirational to me.
