    ts: You're going to do great! While cleansing - try to get in about 30 minutes a day of walking. (just started doing this myself )

    oops ... CORRECTION. These are my correct numbers. Must be the heat.

    SW: 179 (i think, i just came back from vacation, so it could be more, but this was my last WI #)
    CW: 179
    GW: 173

    According to those weight charts, I should be smaller (157-163), but I don't think that I can manage it that low. I'm 5'7" and picked a weight I thought I could be comfortable at, considering my schedule.

    Res, thanks. I actually started walking before vacation. Usually 2.3 miles during lunch. We have two bridges where I work, so I walk them both.

    hey! this is my first cleanse but i read the book and have been doing everything right that i can see (atleast 6 drinks a day, salt water flush, tea, the whole thing - and toxins are definatly being eliminated!). I'm already on my 5th day but i havent lost a pound! Am i just a slow starter? lol If any one else has had this problem or can reassure me that eventually i will get results that would be great thank you!

    Today is day 40, the last day of my first MC. I started 29 lbs overweight and lost 22 lbs in 40 days. Just 7 lbs from my goal! I'm very pleased, it was easy and so well worth it.

    How are you doing now? Are you on the post-cleanse now? HOw much did you lose in 21 days? About 17 pounds?

    Thanks Athena11! Today is my last day, day 21! As of this morning I've lost 17.2 pounds. I will do the tea tonight and weigh in the morning before my last SWF. Then it's OJ all day, and maybe a little grapefruit juice. Looking forward to it!

    Wow! 17.2 pounds in 21 days. That is phenomenal. You must feel terrific!

    For me the evening of day 6 was my worst... that's when I had the most thoughts of quitting and really didn't feel good that evening or night, but day 7 I felt great. Then day 12 was a little rough, and then day 18. So I was obviously on a 6 day cycle. That first one around day 6 or 7 is a tough one... get through that and you'll be fine!
