    Happy Saturday!!

    Today is day 6 for me~possible detox day, i am still trying to figure it out!! Down another pound today to 126.8. I have had a very subtle weight loss which I think is appropriate. I am down a total of almost 5 lbs. OMG~ actually that is way more than I thought, maybe the weight loss is not so subtle (???)

    Anyway, I feel kind of like a science experiment!!1 IT really is so interesting observing all of the changes and shifts in attitude, emotions, huger, etc. I find this process fascinating!!

    I'm starting my cleanse tommorrow! I hope I do okay, since I get awful headaches when I don't eat, But, I've got the will power! I'm currently 16, 170 lbs and 5'2. I don't want to use the cleanse for weight loss, but I do want to use it as a boost. Drop off a bit, and be ready to continue on to my goal of 110 lbs through diet and exercise! I'm just a bit worried, again, because I don't have SWF, just tea. Is that okay?

    So about a pound a day. That's terrific! Day 6! Are you thinking about breaking the fast? "Possible detox day?"

    Hi Athena Yes this is certainly a journey~ Today I am down 125.6~still losing a little~ but this being day 7 is a definite detox day for me. I alomost threw the towel in. But I really am commited to doing 10 days. I would be really diappointed in myself if I stopped now. Even though I really wanted to today. I am still sort of struggling, but I am going to take a hot bath with Epsom and Detox sea salts and try to get around this. Hopefully tomorow will be better!

    Oh whoops, silly me got confused and thought the recipe was 4 tbsp not 2 tbsps, because the bottle of maple syrup calls a serving 4 tbsps and says it is 200cal. Sorry.

    I am on day 11, I weighed myself for the first yesterday morning and I ave lost 8 lbs. I try not to weigh myself everyday I was literally ignoring the scale the whole 10 days. I hope to do more so we'll how many more I can do. I'm happy that I completed the minimum. Yeah!!!

    From what I understand from the book and other things that I read, you will gain maybe 1 or 2 pounds back since that is the weight of the food in your stomach but if you continue to each healthy (a lot of fruits and vegetables) and you work out, you can sustain the weight loss.

    Day 12! Have lost 10.4 lbs so far and feel much better. Still need to drop 15lbs. between a few more days of this and healthier eating & exercise!
