I was hoping maybe we could start a thread where people listed what weight they started with, how long they were on the diet, and what weight they ended with. It'd be interesting to know whether you worked out as well.
It'd be kind of cool for those who are considering MC as a weight loss diet (primary) as well as a cleansing and healthy start (secondary).
But then if no one wants to, then this will be one of those threads that Peter will have to delete. :P
