    Default Weight Loss on MC

    I was hoping maybe we could start a thread where people listed what weight they started with, how long they were on the diet, and what weight they ended with. It'd be interesting to know whether you worked out as well.

    It'd be kind of cool for those who are considering MC as a weight loss diet (primary) as well as a cleansing and healthy start (secondary).

    But then if no one wants to, then this will be one of those threads that Peter will have to delete. :P

    I started the Master Cleanse to be healthier not so much as a weight loss tool. But any weight loss is welcome. I'm 5'8", my goal weight is 150lbs. I have never reached it. The closest I've been was 155.
    I'm on day 9 of my first cleanse I started out the cleans at 165lbs. After the first 4 days I had lost 5 lbs. On day 4 I played in a Jimmy Fund Golf tournament and felt great so I figured I would have enough energy to go to the gym. I have been to the gym everyday since day 4,
    but I can't workout as hard as I used to. My leg muscle are sore and they feel heavy. If that makes any kind of sense? I'm on day 9 and I have not lost anymore weight. I'm hoping to go onto 15 days. I will reply again in a couple of days. I would really like to get to 155 by day 15. that is my goal as far as weigfht loss goes

    well I'm 5'6 and 165, and I need to be at 130...lol...so I've got a ways to go...but I HAVE lost close to 7lbs while on the MC so far...given that I cheat on the weekends....

    Hello - I am on D1 at 168 and I am only 5'3. I am doing it to cleanse my system b/c about a month ago I got real sick and started having cramps that lasted about 3 days. I would love to drop weight. I am looking forward to the 2 pounds a day.

    This new string is a great idea. Thanks.

    Hi everyone...

    I completed a 35 day Master Cleanse about a week ago. I am 5'4 3/4'' and I started the cleanse at 162 lbs. After I finished the cleanse I was 133. Now Being off teh cleanse for 8 days now I am currently 129. This cleanse is AMAZING. I have been going to the gym consistently since January from anywhere between 4,5,6 times a week depending how I felt. On the cleanse I mostly went 4-5 times a week. I enjoy high intensity exercise like Step aerobics and kickboxing. I did the cleanse primarily to detox my body because I was changing my lifestyle to become a vegan. I knew before this transition I wanted to rid my bodies of all the toxins. I havent been going to the gym that often the last 2 weeks becasue I have been dropping weight too fast. I went once last week and pln on going 1-2 times this week. Good luck to everyone on the cleanse!!

    I'm on Day 8 of my 2nd MC. On my first cleanse I started at 206 and ended at 196 and then lost another 10 lbs within the next 2 weeks by just drinking the lemonade twice a day. I started my 2nd cleanse at 182 and so far I'm at 172 with 3 more days to go. The main difference I've found so far is on this 2nd cleanse I knew more of what to expect and was able to go to the gym on my more energetic days. I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 160 so I'm almost there.

    I'm on Day 6 of MC1. I'm 5'3'' and my start weight was 153lbs. As of today, I'm down to 146lbs. Today was the first day I did any exericise. I walked 3 miles. I'll check back later with an update.

    I'm on Day 33 of the MC. When I began I weighed 232 lbs. Today I weighed in at 193. I'm really excited, as I plan on breaking this fast after 40 days (Monday), but I'm also a bit nervous. I am really proud of the steps I have taken and how long I've been on the fast, but I still find myself longing for the foods I used to eat. I'm planning on meeting with a nutritionist tomorrow who will help me develop a meal plan so I can continue to lose more weight. DO any of you have any suggestions, or advice? I'd love to hear it.

    Hi everyone, It's so encouraging to hear about all of your successes... I'm on day 13 tommorow is my last day of only lemonaid. I am going to have the lemonaid as a meal replacement during the day eat diner at night. Does anyone know if it is ok to break the fast by including the lemonaid in addition to the O.J. and vegetable broth?
    I wish I could say I dropped 10lbs, but I have still only lost 5lbs. I have followed the program exactly as it says to. I have a business trip coming up next week and I'll be eating at resturants for 5 days, I hope I don't put any weight back on I plan to keep up my workouts in the hotel gym. I still want to loose 10 more lbs. I will do another cleanse in July. Tomorrow I will weigh in and take measurements. I'll check back then... Have a great day and keepup the good work!!!!     I am doing this for health benefits as well as weight loss. I don't feel like I have lost ANY weight (of course I don't own a scale - they depress me) I actually feel bloated and my belly is puffed out. Only On day 3 so hanging in there and hoping.
    I have a trip next week as well so I can only make it to 7, and so I have planned to do a 14 day in july
    Glad to hear someone else is looking to do one in July as well!!!!
