This is my first day with the MC program and I have a few questions for the veterans out there. I added the cayenne pepper, but it seems extremely hot for just 1/10. Maybe I put too much in the drink. Also, can I drink filtered water as oppose to buying the spring water from the store.
I also want to know should I have started with the Salt Water first because I started with the drink, and if so, can I take the salt water after I have already drunk the lemonade this morning. Any advice is welcome.
Normally, when I start some type of detox I don't finish and my prayer is that I can complete this one because I have to make a change.
