I am 54yo. 5'5 and 257# and am planning on using the cleanse as a stepping stone to hopefully better eating. and of course weight loss.
This is day one and I have take one small spoonful of dried 'crushed red pepper' that I have on hand. Actually have about 3 jars or so of it as I bought it on sale a long time ago and it has not been used.
My question: It seems like all the comments and replies I have read about the cayenne seems to be about it in powdered form. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments about using it in the dried form?
