I'm on day 5 and the last 3 nights i've had nightmares. My boyfriend says he's had a few too. Anyone else get terrible dreams while on the cleanse? (oh and they're not food dreams, although i did have an exellecnt dream about a burrito...but that's beside the point_)

Question Re: Detox Symptoms: Don't hate em. They're Milestones

yes, I guess it's normal to have weird dreams. I had a few embarrasing dreams myself when I was on the MC about 1 month ago,but all gone. I also would like to ask if it's normal to get brown spots on the arms and hands? I got them while on day 8 of the MC, but although I did 10days, I still can see them. they look like freckels but they're not. they were kind of light red at first but now are light brown, Can someone tell me if that's a detox symthom or what? Thanks to all and God Bless.

I have been having crazy dreams too. Some nightmares and some just about food. I am also extremely tired and cold. I just woke up from a dream that my kitchen was covered in pizza...I shoved a piece in my mouth and then spit it out. Am I going to continue to be this tired?

I too have some severe lower back pain. I'm on Day 3 of the Cleanse. I believe its my colon and considering what I've been eliminating it probably is working over time. I expected to be tired, but I'm not and I'm not craving anything either. I expect the pain in my lower back to be gone in a day or two from what I've read on on Blogs about other people's experiecnes .

Hi All, This is day 5 of my 2nd MC. I have been experiencing lower back and leg pains for the last 4 days. On day 2 and 3 I was even forced to take a pain reliever, which I normally avoid like a hot flame. Today is not as bad, but still there. Has anyone else ever had this symptom?

    Hi!

Don't worry, nightmares are absolutely normal. I always had whenever I did any kind of cleansing, fruit and vegetable juice diet or simple fasting..They will be gone when the toxins leave your body

This is my first MC and I am just finishing day 2. For me the first day way horrible, stomach and head ache, dizziness, I could only think about food. I was watching my chinchilla eating his dinner and I was so envious ) The second day however was pretty good, although I slept a lot and was tired all day. But at least I didn't have headache and my hunger is almost over. I dreaded the days 2 and 3 the most since everyone says these are the worst. I don't know what will the day 3 will be tomorrow, but i'm hoping the best..

I had the metal taste detox yesterday, which I've heard is really hard on you. That is nasty. For about 7 hours it tasted like I had a penny in my mouth and drinking the lemonade and/or water was very difficult as my stomach contemplated bringing everything back up the minute it went down. I fell asleep hoping I would make it thru the night without getting sick. This morning, everything was fine! So all bad things really do pass. I just don't understand where this came from tho. I never eat anything sold in a can.

    hi,

this is my first cleanse, and i'm currently on day 3. my enthusiasm shifts, but stays upbeat for the most part as my focus is geared toward making my body a healthy center. today i had a craving to cheat, but couldn't bring myself to do it so i figure that's a good start, and i remember how important it is to take this cleanse one day at time. i hope to (and will) complete my ten day goal.

i understand that skin is an organ, and that with any flushing measure the toxins have to come out of any surface they can. i've had problem acne for years, and in the last....i want to say four years or more it's gotten increasingly worse. today, i had a bad episode questioning whether or not the cleanse is worth it if it's not going to give me any physical evidence of the progress that my body is attempting to make. but i know that rome wasn't built in a day, so i just need some patience i guess. the great thing is that my roommate who is interested in doing the cleanse has been extremely supportive of making sure i stick to it and reminds me how brave and kick ass i am for taking it on. and she tries not to make really smelly (yummy but ultimately bad food) meals in the house while i'm fasting.

so day 3 is ending successfully. i'm on my way to bed. i'll check in again around day 6.

Day 6 is a lot better than my previous posting of Day 3. I feel pretty good, sans a bit of stomach cramping earlier that my boyfriend help to massage away.

I'm drinking distilled water, and for the past few days the water has tasted pretty sweet. Today is the same, and I only got a bit of a red flag because my family has a history of diabetes. I'm not diabetic (thanks to my better eating habits) but I do recall a couple of people that I did know who weren't aware they had diabetes until they were diagnosed, commenting about everything tasting sweet, especially water. I just want to make sure for someone who's diet can determine an onset of diabetic conditions should be worried about this small but important "symptom" or if this is a symptom at all of the detoxing?

    Thanks!

It's toward the end of Day 2 for me and I just started getting a slight headache. I figured I would eventually get one, even though I stopped drinking caffeine over a week ago (I am a caffeine addict). I am experiencing light headedness, almost dizziness. Is this a detox symptom or have I not had enough lemonade? I have had eleven drinks already and I'm still hungry. I keep reading that the hunger is not so bad after a few days so I'm looking forward to that. I'm just worried about this dizziness. Any thoughts? Thanks.
