Day 4 here. I managed to drink half of my SWF this morning!! First time, drinking and keeping it down. Thank you to those who suggested the Celtic Grey. Nothing has happened, and thats probably because I only did the half dose, or because, is it possible that since I haven't eaten anything in 4 days, there is nothing left in there to come out????
I wanted to answer the question about the using fine or coarse seasalt. You should definetly use the coarse. Or atleast change the amount you use if using fine. I was in talking with the owner of the health food store. We looked at the mineral amounts in the fine vs. coarse. It basically comes down to this. You begin with 2 teaspoons of coarse...if you were to grind it into fine, you would have more than 2 teaspoons. There were many more minerals in the fine per serving than in the coarse. I think that it would be much harder to drink the fine, if you use the normal dose the MC cleanse requires.
Just my thoughts.
Last night I was STARVING!!! Well I thought I was anyhow. I was really craving potato chips (which ironically is a salty food). Anyone have any suggestions why?

): I never really thought enough about the salt I use! I bought it at the health food store, and the label said: "non-iodized sea salt"-- so I thought that should be good enough! Well, I didn't begin to realize that there's a lot of things to consider about salt, and among them--processed salt includes anti-caking ingredients, which mine did. (Mine is Hain). So now, I have to go get Celtic and I hope I won't have to grind mine...
