I did my first SWF this weekend :-)

I used fine sea salt from France - it was white and all the same colour - was it likely to have been bleached - and is this a problem?

As expected I had a quick BM - it seems so powerful - can people confirm that this swf will no do damage to my insides - and that this salt will not increase my blood pressure (which is normall - but does it increase it?)

I think my BM since have been more regular.

    Thanks :-)

Nope, the SWF will not harm your insides. It changes the density in your bowels so your body triggers the GOTTA GO exercise.

Also, it will not raise blood pressure because in the mixture that you do, your body can not tell the difference between the SWF and normal body fluid, so the salt is not digested.

    hope that helps,

    Hi

I'm doing the MC for the first time. Today is day four. The first day, I didn't drink the SWF in the morning, but did the smooth moves tea. Day two, I had the tea am and pm and no SWF. The cramping was terrible, and I had diahrea all day. Day three, I tried the SWF in the am and skipped the tea. No cramping, but I am retaining water and not eliminating. Any comments or suggestions. I have lost 10 lbs (I was overweight at 5'5" and 188 lbs) and about 7 inches overall.

I find the SWF and tea really need to go hand in hand to be fully effective, the SWF really cleans out what the tea & lemonade dredge up

I have been doing the salt water flush for two days now and have had nothing solid released but I am having a large amount of bright yellow/orange fluid coming out of me...do you know what this is and if it is normal?

I have been very tired and a little nauseated since I started the cleanse. Is this also a normal part of the process?

Thanks for any help that you can offer!!

Hello... I just wanted to add my two cents here. Katie, I believe the fluid you are seeing is normal... at least I had the same thing... so either we are both weird... or maybe it is normal!!!

As for the tired part I was told by Peter that days 2,3 and 7 are the hardest... and for me Day TWO was terrible... I was soooo tired and had the worst headache, but day three was a good day a little sluggish on day 3 but for the most part I felt good!!

Hopefully this helps and good luck... I'm now on Day 5 and I feel pretty good, just a little tired of Squeezing LEMMONS EVERYDAY, but I look at it as preparing my meals :P

Thanks Katrina!!! I read through all the other postings and it seems like there are a bunch of us flushing yellow liquid! So we can all be weird together!!

I'm looking forward to the "not so tired" period kicking in...this sucks!!!

The bright yellow liquid is bile. It's normal and helps the liver flush toxins.

as icky as it sounds I miss the days of bright yellow liquid....

still nothing!!! and I drank the tea and everything! Â*:-/

Peter I'm getting worried...is it okay for me to take the SWF at night? b/c in the morning things are so hectic I can't really fit it in....and this lax tea alone isnt doing much

if this is a detox fast then why is nothing coming out!!!! Â*???

I feel good today but I know for sure from this bloated feeling that I havent lost any weight or anything else) since day 3 Â*:'(
