that's because it washes out everything so you won't get any nutrients from the lemonade you just drank. i did the swf a few times while i wasn't fasting and i could see the undigested stuff coming out. gross but true.

Hi, I did the clean for 4 days, should have been better prepared. It was kinda hard fining maple b, I had to go to so many different stores. But any way, my question is I did the tea at night and sw flush in the morning. I had a couple of movements, nothing big, but after the couple everything was just yellow water, what is the yellow water about was that toxins being released. I will start over in two week and do the whole 10 days.

I started the MC today and have a question about the SWF.

Late last night I realized I had forgotten to buy sea salt when purchasing all the MC ingredents yesterday. My friend and I had planned on starting today together so I didn't want to put off starting it. Instead of using sea salt I used Kosher salt which has no iodine in it. It was very difficult for me to drink the full 32 oz and it made me very nauseous, but I think this may be due to the fact I find it very hard to quickly chug down any liquid, even water. It took me about a half hour to drink the full 32 oz. After I was done drinking the SWF and drank a glass of water, the nausea went away.

About 10 minutes into drinking the SWF I started having BMs and continued to have them for the next 45 minutes. So, I figure that the Kosher Salt is working, but I am wondering if I should switch to sea salt. Or, if it would make it less likely for the nausea to occur.

Any input anyone has would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Erin

donno about the salts but you don't have to chug for it to work. try drinking with a straw

I think a good quality sea salt is much better because it has iodine plus a long list of minerals for health.

I think the chugging is to get it down as fast as possible without gagging. I poured mine into a glass about half way and took large gulps until I couldn't take the taste anymore and between each glass I took one drink of plan water, anymore tho and it would have made the salt that much worse, but I needed some kind of reward to get thru it, lol!!!

And sorry, but doesn't anyone else think that once it starts making you go that you don't need anymore salt water if you haven't finished since a good amount of it ends up come back out as liquid once it has started doing its job?!?! Just curious cuz yes, any excuse to drink less salt water!!

some people say licking a lime in between glasses/ gulps help.
    a straw definitely helps.
some also say drinking lemonade helps.

i don't know about not finishing it. i'm sure there a reason to use that amount. everything i've read on salt water flushes says that amount or more water.
    but if it's still working...
maybe one day try taking it all and seeing the difference. that's the best way to compare. maybe only using half is only washing out half. i feel like the swf is more effective than the tea in the a.m. you know. but i had to learn that by trying.

Wink How fast to drink salt water?

Hi, this is my first day on the cleanse and I just drank the salt water...not an easy task! I was gagging and felt like vomiting, but I did it! Anyway, I know you are supposed to drink the salt water "all at once" but it took me about 15 minutes to get it all down...what is a reasonable block of time to allow for drinking it? Thanks in advance for your help and support!
