...just wanted to know if it is normal to feel incredibly thirsty after the salt water flush

No doubt, Pippa, I'm on day 2, just got up this morning and slammed down the salt water. By the time I reached work (45 minutes) I was was pasty and parched.

The flush is already working very well and I'm very, very glad I'm not going to be lifting anything heavy today! (I'm still accustomed building houses for a living)

One question, just to double-check, using soy sauce with the flush is cool?

    Hi Loose_show

Just wanted to say I am on day 9 now and have learnt that if I wait about 30 minutes after the swf and drink about the same again in water, that feeling of being parched goes away. It also seems to help bring on the effects of the swf super quick

Glad to know its not just me feeling the thirst though
    much love
    Pippa

Soy sauce is not included in Burroughs' maser cleanse and should NOT be added to the salt water flush to be sure you achieve all the benefits possible .

The reason for not adding soy sauce is that it contains protein (amino acids), which requires significant digestive work. In addition, soy sauce is pasteurized and thus contains no enzymes to help with its digestion. It's like drinking steak or cooked meat as far as the digestive process is concerned.

    Thanks, Peter.

That's too bad, the taste of soy sauce would be a hell of treat! :P

Hi! I'm on my second day and I was just curious about something. I appologize if it has been addressed and I overlooked it but here is my quesiton.

I am able to do the entire SWF with no problem. I am using Iodized Sea Salt. About 20-30 minutes afterwards I'm in the bathroom, but it is not solid. (forgive me for the description but I need to tell you exactly whats going on here) it is very flourecent yellow, and seems more or less like I am urinating out the butt. There is no discomfort or anything like that but I was under the impression that it should be solid. Also the few times in the morning are the only times I have a BM. Is this alright??
Was also wondering if the SWF could be done more than once a day.

Thank you and again sorry for being descriptive. :

Your bowel movements are perfectly normal. Also, you should be using un-iodized sea salt for your salt water flushes. You probably should not do salt water flushes more than once a day.

    Hello All,

I was really impressed with the SWF. So much so, that I plan to do it regularlly, say every weekend. Does anybody know of any possible problems with this frequency? I am using uniodized sea salt. Will my blood pressure sky rocket? Also, the sea salt I have is coarse, so I assumed that it needed ground or smashed in a mortal and pestel-is this right? Or should I left the salt in coarse form and stick it straight in to the water? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Now, if I could only drink the lemonaid

Hi SuPra. Thank you for your description as it's exactly what I've been going through and I was wondering if I should back off on the laxatives. I skipped the SWF yesterday for that very reason. I'm on day 5 and I'm feeling pretty good although a little tired. Have a great Easter everyone. By the way, how do you make these smileys work?

I'm just starting the cleanse today and bought lemon juice concentrate...is that unacceptable? Lemons are 2 for a dollars these days but I'll go to the expense if "concentrate" in not good.
