I am on my first and the this morning I was onl able to get down about 25 oz of the SWF and that was even diffcult...is it crucial todo 32 oz every morning?
Nope, the SWF will not harm your insides. It changes the density in your bowels so your body triggers the GOTTA GO exercise.
Also, it will not raise blood pressure because in the mixture that you do, your body can not tell the difference between the SWF and normal body fluid, so the salt is not digested.
hope that helps,

Dear Darkside,
I also read Peter's post saying pre-cleanse meat and dairy users needed to increase their level of salt in each flush. Wouldn't this alter the balance enough so the body didn't think it was blood? I did 3 teaspoons (because I at meat and dairy) and it didn't come out - and my blood pressure went up.

Day 4
Sandy, I am also a meat and some dairy drinker, I use just a little more than 2 tsp of sea salt and have not had a problem with blood pressure or having the swf stay inside. It is working like clockwork and I am up to the point where it has ran clear, just yellow, but no mucus.
I hope yours get straightened out. For now maybe stick the 2 tsp and add more once you have has 2 or so flushes? I don't know sounds like a plan at least! Hope I could help.
Hi Jan191976, it isn't crutial to do the 32 every morning, but if you don't you have to do the lax tea am AND pm. The lax tea in the morning I have noticed causes cramping though throughout the day. But it is another option for you if you are having problems with the swf.
Hi MissC,
No, the salt water flush will not have any effect on your blood pressure.
Two teaspoons of salt in a quart of warm water makes the concentration of salt such that neither the salt nor the water gets absorbed in your stomach or intestines. Instead, the water "flushes" right through your GI tract into your large intestine, carrying with it the toxins that the lemonade drink "freed" from storage throughout your body. Your large intestine isn't designed to hold a quart of water for very long so that is why we feel the urge to eliminate and out go all those nasty toxins.
In his book "The Master Cleanser" on page 21, Burroughs writes: "Prepare a full quart of luke-warm water and add two level . . . teaspoons of uniodized sea salt." Warm water is recommended for two reasons: first, it's much easier to dissolve the salt in warm water than it is in cold water and second, most folks find that heating the water to the temperature we drink tea at makes it far more palatable.
So to answer your question, yes, go ahead and boil it. But you don't have to heat it to a boil, just warm it up.
Namaste,
Mark

Then what happens when I drink the SWF and it doesn't come out?
My experience with the SWF through two MCs has been very inconsistent. Some days nothing happens. Other times all sorts of "stuff". Usually somewhere in between. I have learned not to worry about the results. As my Ausie cubbas say, "No worries, mate!"
That weight tracker is pretty neat - not that I am trying to lose weight. This is my tracking for the MC I just completed.
