    Hello,

I was getting ok results with 2 tsp of sea salt in the swf, so I tried 3 tsp, and I am getting much better results. I was wondering if that is too much salt. Can anyone help me here. Thanks!

I've done a little experimenting with the SWF because some days, it is very slow in working.

I'm currently adding 2 quite full teaspoons of sea salt to my quart of water each morning.
If I don't get any results past an hour after drinking the sea salt water, I drink a glass of plain warm water. I've also drunk room temperature water too, but the warm water works best (quickest). So far, each time that I've done this, I've had eliminations soon after.
I don't know if this will work for anyone else, but it's currently helping me out a lot.

    Ramona,

3 tsp. of sea salt should not be a problem as long as your seeing good results by having the eliminations. From what I have read from earlier post on this site, a person should increase the sea salt if they are not having eliminations from 2 tsp.
    Keep up the good work.

    Hi TcRejoices,

Thanks for the input. I kind of figured the same thing, but wanted to be sure.

Day 10 came and passed. THis is my second day of orange juice and tonight I have veggie soup.

I have lost additional 3 lbs since I came off of day 10 cleanse! I also continued the salt water flush every morning since coming off the lemonade juice. Is that Ok? I hoped it would continue to let go of toxins and I'd loose weight, especially since I am still not eating anything, so why not?

In total I lost 13 lbs and I am more than happy.

I know that we can sub w/the tea in the morning, but I want to get the best benefit. Please see my post in MC beginner....
Please please any words of advise or support to help me thru this??!!! :'( help help help

    Hi PayMckinn,
I don't know anything about Epsom Salt. In fact, from these posts it seemed like people were bathing in it not drinking it. I do know that the book specifically said-- noniodized sea salt--is what should be used for the SWF. I'm on day 12 today and have had good results. What I try to do is follow the book to the letter with no variations. Good Luck. Hope that helps!

Peter, I am on day 3 and I am nothing but liquid even after the salt water flush. Is this normal? Should I do anything different. I took the tea last night and the salt water flush this morning. I had been just doing the teas at night and in the morning. Should I continue the salt water flush even though it almost made me throw it all up this morning several times?
