ok, so I went to the store and bought all my supplies, but I couldnt find a laxative tea (I did find mint tea though). I got metamucil, can I take that? That was the only thing I could find that wasnt a pill form (its that powder stuff).

I tried more then one store here, and cant find the tea!!!

can I at least use the metamucil temporarily till I can find the tea? (I also cant do swf, doctor orders, I cant eat the salt)

    No, no, no!

Nothing on the MC but the ingredients listed.

You must have laxative tea. No other. However, if you're in the US, it shouldn't be hard to find. You can get Smooth Move at almost any large grocery chain. And Yogi Get Regular at virtually all health food stores or food coops.

The mint tea isn't even part of the cleanse. It's just something you are allowed "occasionally".

I suggest you hold off on starting your cleanse until you've got everything lined up.

I went back out last night (different store -3rd store) and found it! So, that being said, today is my day one!

And, now I know where to find it!

So when I went to the grocery store, I found out limes were on sale half price, so I call that a sign and my lemonaid smells sooooo good. I want wait to try it. :-D (BTW I snuck a taste of maple syrup last night, I dont think I ever tasted something soooooo good. I had been raised on pancake syrup and thought that I didnt like maple.... haha I was wrong!)

WOOOHOO DAY ONE! (and this tea tastes REALLY familiar....)

Well, on day 2 and the start has been great. I need to get sea salt. I just got the un-iodized salt but it is not sea salt. Is this a big no-no? Other than that, I feel good and plan on 10 days.

Regular noniodized salt works fine. It just tastes terrible. If you can hack it with that salt, feel free to keep using it.

But gray Celtic sea salt is far more palatable.

Do I have to take the salt water flush every morning? Or in the book it says I can take it every other day... not sure...

You must do either the SWF or a cup of laxative tea every morning on the cleanse. We want to keep moving those toxins out!

Ok, thanks! And since you're an eft coach - which Ive done before for my anxiety problems - but didn't really do anything - sorry to say - do you think that electrotherapy would interfere with my cleansing? Im undergoing it in a couple of days..

Many things can make EFT appear not to work--or actually not work--when it actually does or could.

I'm afraid I don't know what electrotherapy is. But if it doesn't involve internally ingesting something, there shouldn't be a problem there.

    Happy cleansing!

Is it ok to do the SWF at night instead of the morning?
