I use a 16 oz measuring cup and mix 16 0z of water with 1 tsp of sea salt, down it as quickly as possible and then repeat with another 16 oz. The hardest part for me is knowing I have to drink it, but once it's down that's it.

I know you've said if you cannot do the SWF, you must do the laxative tea in the morning as well as at night. I have two questions. The first one is can you do both? I cannot get through the SWF in 30 minutes, so can I drink as much salt water as possible and then drink the tea?

The second question is, why is the SWF so much better than doing the tea in the morning and at night. Is it because it's faster? If it is faster, then will I feel sick because the tea doesn't work as fast?

You want to do one or the other, but if you do the swf, you need to down as much of the 32 oz as possible. The swf will go right through you and take all of the yuckies with it, washing your entire track from top to bottom and flushing it all out. The tea, while it might be easier, does not have the same effect. After you drink the tea, you will probabley feel pretty yucky with stomach cramping, etc. But it won't flush you out like the swf, so the toxins won't be totally washed out of you. I have found that with the swf, I might feel totally disgusting right after, but as soon as I have the elimination, I feel great!. With the tea, you don't have the opportunity to get out all of the toxins, so you will still feel kinda yucky plus the stomach cramping from the laxative effect.

I'm only on Day 5 but I found a SWF procedure that works for me:

Cold reverse-osmosis water in 1 quart sports bottle. Whole Foods has Bulk water for $.39 per gallon.

2 teaspoons sea salt. (4,240 mg of Sodium) I'm using sea salt from Redmond, Utah created during the Jurassic era

    Sliced lime chaser.

After a big gulp of SW, I lick the lime slice to cut the nasty salt water taste.

Well, it's not bacon and eggs but that's my breakfast.

My very first SWF I messed up and put in 2 TABLE spoons
of salt (12,720 grams of Sodium). Chugged almost a whole quart of that nauseas brine. After that horrid experience, a 2 tea spoon salt solution is very doable for me.

Although the SWF is not pleasant, the lax tea is much harder on my system, especially if contains Senna.

    Hope this helps, good luck.

Maybe this is the 'key' to making the SWF do-able!! Make it horrible the first time, so the remaining days done right are manageable.... (ha ha) I never managed to drink much more than half of it........

I drank my quart of salt water this morning but have not eliminated anything yet. usually it's pretty quick to act for me and I'm wondering what I should do if it does not flush through. Should I drink a cup of the herbal laxative tea? I had a cup last night and woke up at 4am to eliminate with no problems. I'm just worried about this saltwater being stuck somewhere and absorbing into my system.

Ursa - No, if you've had the SW then you shouldn't drink the lax tea in the AM. Sometimes there won't be any 'movement'.... (and that's normal even if it's not your usual).

Okay, I'm going to wait it out, I think I feel something 'churning' and getting ready to happen. I just can't imagine that much saltwater sticking around my system could be all the great for me so I'll feel better when I know it's made it through.

If the swf isn't coming out as usual, I usually chase it with some more water after about an hour, this usually helps it along for me. Plus, sometimes I get super thirsty after downing all of that salt.

That did the trick! Thanks. I was a bit nervous for a while there.
