    Default SWF quick tip:

If the SWF isn't working quite like it should try drinking some extra water
about 30 minutes after you finish your SWF. It works really well when you
aren't getting as much elimination as you expect.

Don't count the extra water you drink towards your total ounces for the day
though. It will go straight through like the SWF. I figured this out after a
tall glass of ice water... and shortly after had a nice ice cold elmination.

Good for the acidy detox elimination days...

    Default Salt water flush-no luck

this morning i was bound and determined to get that swf into me-as i said in my last post. when i prepared the flush used less salt than i had before-a bit less then 1 tbs for abt 10 oz of water(the taste was less strong). i choked it down-in abt 30 minutes...and threw it all back up about 15 minutes later. it was soooo digustingly unpleasant and now the thought of even one gulp has me gagging. i still had a nice elimination though-but only one. i guess i will have to put up with the cramps and bathroom breaks throughout the day at work. any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated...i really dont want to do tea 2x per day
    cheers!

    Cheyne,

If you wrote that right, no wonder you're throwing up!

The proper ratio is 2 TEAspoons for 1 QUART (32 oz) of water.

Using 1 Tbsp for 10 oz is using three times that amount! If you want to break it down into thirds, then you should be using 1 TEAspoon or less in 10 oz of water. But you do need to drink three of those, working up to it if necessary but as quickly as possible.

And if you aren't using gray Celtic sea salt, that will make it all that much harder.

Maybe you mistyped. But if you didn't, that's what's going on!

    Smile Re: Salt water flush

Hello, I am back in the saddle again starting the master cleanse for round 3. Yeah!

There were only 2 or 3 days total in my last two SWF where the last 1/4 or so of the SWF would come back up. Yesterday I drank it fine, but today I could not get any of it down. After throwing up the first two attempts, I gave up and went to the tea. I hope that I can do the SWF tomorrow. I may have to switch to Celtic Gray, though I am using Redmond, the same used for my other cleanses.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Have a great day!

Tomorrow, Jan. 11, is day 10 for me. Yeaaa! Anyway, today, Jan. 10, I did not eliminate my SWF. Here is the deal. About 60min after I did my SWF, I felt the strong need to go, but I was in the middle of something at work and held it, even after three waves of "let me out!" As a result of holding it, I didn't have to go anymore and never did all day. This happened to me on Monday too, day 6. I know this can happen on the first days, but day 6 and 9! I now feel kind of like I'm constipated and I'm worried about all that salt staying in my system.

One tip for me that helps with the SWF is to make sure it is at room temperature. I find cold water harder to "chug."

Any thoughts? Or no need for me to worry.

    Labboxer,

No need to worry. The SWF works the same whether cold, warm, or hot. Your preference.

As for the other, I'm amazed that you can hold it at all. But from the sound of it, I'd suggest you listen to your body in the future and give it preference while you're cleansing.
