Is this normal? I had a small BM before the SWF b/c of the tea from last night bu tnothing after the SWF so I am thinking I choked it down for nothing.

    Any suggestions?
I saw your post on another thread and answered it over there, try using a straw and breathing only through your nose so the air doesn't go down with the swf.

Let me know if this helps.

    Two questions, please!:
I drank my tea too early last night and was up several times during the night. So by morning I think the effects were gone. So I was wondering, in that case, instead of doing just the SWF in the morning, would it make sense to do the tea and SWF? I had like 5 eliminations at like 12 midnight. I know the SWF is really working with the tea you drank the night before, but I don't know if my tea is already all done working since it worked so well last night/early morning. Also, I was seriously thinking of taking the SWF then, when I realized the tea was working early. What do you think of that idea?, taking it last night at like midnight or 1AM?

Followup: If you were to take tea and SWF both in the morning? Which first? OR does it not matter? Thanks!

Hi Lala, question 1 would be only do the swf OR the tea in the am, not both. The swf essentially works best to clean everything. The tea just pushes it all down.

Quesiton 2 if the tea works early, you can do the swf early in the morning. I do mine at about 3am when my tea starts working and I start to feel the cramping. Then I just go back to bed and start with the LA's in the am. I also have a 6am work out class, so doing the swf at 3 helps so I dont have cramps during my workout.

    Hope this helps!

Hi Amber, it is not necessary to do the tea at night or the swf in the am. Some people do, but the book does not call for a last night tea or swf.

    Great job!

Soup, it's just soup! Really salty chicken noodle, without the chicken or noodles. Just try to think of it that way, it certainly helps me get it down![

    Question Re: Salt water flush

Today is my second day of the cleanse & I am not having any 'solid' BMs. They are completely liquid, and I am wondering if it is because the only thing I am intaking is the lemonade mixture.

Is this a common thing that anyone else has experienced?
I want to make sure I am on the right track. I did the salt water flush both yesterday and today. Yesterday I had solid BM.

Any input would be much appreciated! Happy Cleansing!

Hey there, yes the swf and your bm's will be mostly/all liquid especially after the first few days. The reason you had a solid bm on the first day was becuase that was already there from the food you had ate before. Your not eating on the cleanse therefore you can't have anything solid as a bm.

    Hope this helps!

Hi, New to this - first day on the Master Cleanse. I have taken the SWF after waking and two hours later I have a pain in my lower back on the right side. ( I have been to the loo already). Could this be related to the salt effecting my kidneys? The pain started whilst laying on my right hand side.

I used only 2 teaspoons of salt.

    Thanks in advance
