    Hi Sarita,

The salt water flush will get easier. I promise you.

It is also, in my opinion, the way to get the best result.

    hello everyone!
i guess i feel the same way about the the swf as everyone else does i am on my 4th day and i noticed in another thread someone posted that they mix the 2 tsp of ssalt with 8 ounces of h20 and quickly follow with the remaing water sans salt.
that sounds like it would help me tremendously. do u know if this method works better and would u recommend it?

    Hi nu,
Although not quite an expert, and this is my first cleanse, I am on day 20--Yeah! I've found the swf easier and easier to do as the days go by. Make sure that you are using the right amt of salt --2tsps--and making it warm really helps. Also, a trick I did for the first couple days was to dab a little lemon on my tongue and it really helped it to go down. as for doing it like a shot, I have no idea if that gives you the same result. Somehow I doubt it would. Hope that helps. ;D

    thanx wasabian,
it takes a little longer and its easier, but this is how i do it. i have 2 sixteen oz bottle of room temp zeppherhills water i open one and pour into a glass, i stir the salt and let it sit, then stir again any salt that has collected at the bottom, u know until its completely diluted, in 4 big gulps alternating with my bottle water i drink it down. about 1 hr and a half im on my way to the bathroom. do my yoga then go to work.
also i dont know that its related but since i started doin that yesterday i started havin' solid bms again...

Went last night and bought some non-iodized sea salt and did the SWF this morning with the new salt and nothing yet and it has been almost an hour. I will just wait and see.

I keep have bubbly eliminations, is this normal? Maybe a little solid and then just bubbles and a little liquid.

Hi! Â*this is my first time doing the MC and I'm on day 6. Â*So far so good ;D , but I have a question about elimination--

The amount of elimination I'm getting with the salt water flush seems roughly equal to the amount of lemonade I'm drinking- is it just the maple syrup and lemon juice being flushed out?

    ??? Â*

I have such a problem getting down the 32 oz of salt water that today I decided to try the 2 16 oz method from an earlier post. I drank down the salt one pretty easily, although the stronger salt taste was almost overwhelming. Then I drank the other 16 oz easily and then laid on my bed and squished my belly all around to mix it up. I almost wish I'd gotten that on video, must have been funny to see if anyone could see. Anyhow, the salt makes me so thirsty that I tend to have another 16 oz within another 30 minutes. I'm always afraid that will dilute the mix, but it doesn't seem to affect anything, because when it finally hits, it hits hard! I did it at 8 this a.m. and am still thirsty. I bet I've had 60 oz of water today already! It is 9:30, and I'm finally ready to have a little lemonade.

I am on day 2 and drank the SW and I drank the whole 32oz that I was to drink. After I drank it I puked some of it up cause I could not keep it down. Also is it normal that after drinking the SW to have Liquid BM. I have gone about 5 times and all that comes out is liquid.

Any one with an answer to this please respond. :-/
