I am on day 4 of the cleanse and so far I feel awful! I am CONSTANTLY bloated and lately my lower back has been annoying me...I am pretty sure I am dehydrated although I am drinking so much water that I feel I am going to burst! Yesterday I actually had A LOT of energy and even went out dancing (belly was still bloated but I tried to ignore it). But today is awful and I haven't had a day where I am not retaining so much water and feeling so bloated. I am honestly considering only making this a 5 day cleanse, as much as I want to keep going, because of how worried I am about this and for my kidneys! They hurt especially in the morning!
I have been following the cleanse pretty closely and have included coconut water in the morning. It makes me feel energized and is very refreshing. I have also been drinking a cup of bentonite/psyllium shake that have really accelerated the waste-excretion process...I actually passed a "rope" yesterday! I won't get in anymore details...but does anyone know how I can reduce this bloating? And why my kidneys hurt despite that I am drinking SO MUCH water?
