Just finished a 14-day Cleanse and ready to get back to my usual diet, with a few adjustments.

I've read several places that beef and dairy consumption causes waste buildup in the colon. I've pretty much given up Triple Whoppers with cheese and baby back ribs, but I love my milk. For the last few years I've been drinking lactose-free milk. I've never been huge on cheese, so that's not an issue.

What I'm wondering is whether lactose-free (still dairy) milk is acceptable going forward. If I should switch to a non-dairy alternative, which one? I'm very wary of soy because of several reports of hormonal effects, despite other reports of high nutritional value.

I did the MC for 5 days and then stopped because of Mother's day etc. I would like to go back on the cleanse in a couple weeks after graduations. Do I have to wait so long before going on the cleanse again? I would like to do a 14 day cleanse. I felt like I was just starting to see positive things and then stopped.

I'm on day 12 of my first cleanse, and I am out of tea and don't want to continue with it. Can I still do the salt water flush without the tea the night before?
