I am a new member and am on Day 6 and have noticed that my urine is a bright yellow. Is this normal and are the lemons causing it?

I had florescent butt pee from day two. I'm on day 4 right now so I don't know about later. The more solid brown stuff that comes out seems to turn florescent when it's diluted (as the toilet flushes) Yuck, I know. At least none of you are eating while reading this.
I was concerned too and don't know why it's so bright but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. My coworker that's doing this with me has the same thing.

Hi You two,
I don't really know either. It certainly looks the same in the 32oz bottle as it does in the toilet. Most likely it's brighter because it's mixed in with the other yellow (urine).
IBNatalie: This cracked me up "At least none of you are eating while reading this." :D
All I can tell you is it's normal. Hundreds if not thousands of us by now have the same thing.
Keep Going,

Hey,
Just noticed this thread and wanted to add my two cents worth. My "butt pee" is bright yellow after the SWF. My first 1-2 BMs are usually brownish with disolved solid stuff (every day and I'm on day 20!!!). After I do the SWF it turns to bright yellow.
My urine, however is usually pretty clear due to lots of fluids. Res knows her stuff, so if other people experience that, then I'm sure it's "normal". I just wonder how much water you are taking in total between the lemonade and extra water. I usually have a lemonade (10 oz) and then immediately follow up with another 10 oz of water to chase down the burn of the lemonade. This is 20 oz of liquid and I have 6 per day for a total of 120 oz plus the SWF and another 10 oz or so with the tea.
I guess we are supposed to drink one half of our body weight in ounces of liquid... I'm drinking more than that, but I think more is better for cleansing purposes.
Hope that helps,
Luke
