Pain reliever for headaches???

I just began the Master Cleanse today and I am anticipating having severe headaches as a result of not drinking any caffeine. Is it against the rules to take a pain reliever to help get rid of the headaches??

Sleep is much better....
The headache will not subside with any pain reliever and it will last all the longer....
So grin and bear it...
Hit the rack early and by the AM you should be much better......
