hi!
i'm on day 3 of the mc, and its going great so far, i feel better than i have in the past on the cleanse, i think its due to the fact that i have been drinking lemonade and water NONSTOP all day as opposed to when i think of it/feel hungry or thirsty. i have a problem though, i do the cleanse about 3 times a year, and love it and the way i feel afterwards, but i've just started working sorting mail at the post office and my schedule varies so much now, the normal day is work at 5:30 done around noon, and then off to my second job at 4. but some mornings i work at 4:30 and some i have off! i guess my question is does the salt water cleanse need to be done at the same time each day for metabolic reasons?? and if so would it make a difference if i did it every afternoon instead of every morning? i'm not too wild about waking up at 3:30 in the morning to chug a litre of salt water (which, even after years of doing STILL makes me gag...) has anyone else encountered similar 'scheduling' problems? if so any tips?? thanks!
