I just found a couple exercise videos on the net and I thought I'd *HAVE* to share it with you guys ;D ;D

they are all in Japanese, I dont really have the patience to translate it all for you guys but all you really need to know for the first one is:

take a hair scrunchie and use it as shown.
lie down for at least 5 minutes a day in the way indicated
extra activity is OK. (I love how the chick is playing playstation) ;D
and there you go, exercises for the lazy bum!

Ahh! I slay me, what a great segue...

lol... this next exercise will require a little bit more effort and you will need to find yourself a small 2cm (1 inch ) Bouncy ball (you know those little balls that seem to bounce like crazy)
ummm... ::) oookay.... so now that you have the materials needed at hand... for 10 minutes a day you umm.... ahem.... ummmm administer the ball as shown... Â*lol... ;D

its been a while since I've laughed soooooo hard I cried!

and remember clench so you don't lose that ball.... but don't clench too hard or else you might lose it the other way....

HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!


oh yeah the results took only 2 weeks for the first video and only 1 week for the second video (when you see the size comparisons)

Hi mycroftxxx,
Are these exercises for real??? Particularly the waist trimmer - do you just lay there with your feet together for 5 min. or are you supposed to contract any muscles? If so,which ones? (Can't read Japanese)

;D If you are referring to the first one, the one with the hair scrunchie then all you do is lay down. the main thing you really need to do is KEEP YOUR HEELS TOGETHER

it sounds like the main point to it is keeping the feet together the girl in the red sleeved shirt said that there seemed to be some pressure around the hip area when she was laying down.

and when you watch the final 3/4 of the video it shows the muscles activity with the blue and red graph that looks like a lie detector test
the top being the abs and the bottom is the thighs... the graphs are showing activity in those areas.

The television show where this excerpt is taken from is the real deal. I've seen it many times, although these may seem outlandish I trust them to test their experiments properly! I put all my faith in the fact that this is not BS!

;D the ummmm Buns of Steel routine is also a workout for the abs as well.
give em a try :) tell us how they work

I, am going out right now toys R us to get me a bouncy ball to shove up...... ::) well to exercise with lol :-X

*ahem*

well I did go to Toys r' Us and found a couple bouncy balls which sold for $1.00.... However.... In the entryway I noticed that they had those large sized gumballs for $0.25 in those vending machines....

Although I had the hardest time restraining myself from busting a gut laughing so hard... I did try it out... it is kinda challenging to maintain pressure on the gumball...

during the 10 minutes I combined it with my punchingbag routine... I really gotta say it gives a lot of different muscle groups a real workout even in the abs I found a few muscles that I never knew I had...

I dunno about this exercise.... its a weird routine shoving gum in your bum ;D But hey, what you do in private is your own business... I'm just glad I don't have any roomates anymore to catch me and my 'bumball'...

and hey, who knows... perhaps with enough exercise I'll be able to crack walnuts with my buttcheeks... ;D I'm sure that will go over great in the bars... the chix will love me then... ;)

oh well... after that exercise I have this guilty feeling that I need to buy my gumball dinner or something...
