Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself and say THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am 36 and on Day 6 of MC. I would not have continued if I hadn't found this website. I was struggling during day 4 and 5. However, after reviewing the website I realized that there were some things I was doing wrong. Thanks a billion. I feel a lot better (just extremely tired along with major elimination).

This is my first MC therefore I was (am) a bit anxious about everything. Just wanted to say hello and intoduce myself to the board.

Glad to hear you stuck with it. The first 3 days are usually the worst, but it varies for everyone.

This board truly is amazing and it's a huge help to all of us. Keep us posted on how you're doing. :)

Hi Res,

Thanks for your support! It is Day 8 now! I have to keep reminding myself that this is my 1st time and to NOT measure my experience with others( LOL)! I just think I am having a lot of crisises points. I am fatigued, tired, feeling sooo dizzy, so irritable (I am usually sooo upbeat and positive), feeling a bit weak, etc.! Today was REALLY hard esp. during the hours at work (LOL). It is embarassing how many times I had to go to the bathroom with the questioning looks of my co-workers (lol). I am hanging on!

I desired to allow my colon to cleanse however I really don't know how long I should continue. My tongue is less coated but I read that is not evidence that the cleanse is complete.

One major change I can attest to is clarity and clear creativity!!!! WHOA!!!! (LOL) Loving it!

How is your cleanse coming along? What day are you in? Thank you so much for your support. This is a totally new experience but with all my venting. I am ready and would will willingly continue and continue to support everyone here. I have learned so much....babbling again....talk to you later!

Hey hun,
Today was my day 11 and it's been my best day yet. Positive attitude, extra energy, the opposite of my days 8 thru 10. So I'll just say, hang in there.
