I'm still waiting for a BIG elimination, but so far, nada! After the SWF today and yesterday, only yellow (bile?) water came out. Nothing solid. I hate being this gross, but I know you all know what I mean!
Should I just go ahead and start the P&B shakes today? I wasn't planning on starting until day 3 (tomorrow) but I want the OLD stuff OUT!! I know it's in there!
