I'm on day 5, and in 4 days, I've lost 8 lbs. I've tried upping my dose of maple sugar to keep it on. I'm constantly drinking. Being all of 100 lbs wasn't what I had in mind. Could I lose too much weight? I've felt the many benefits, and I'm sure there could be many more, but should I step out before I lose too much weight?

From what I understand, your body will not allow you to lose what you should not...
