Limited Eliminations...

Hello.
This is my second day of the fast. In the book it says you should have at least 2-3 eliminations per day. I am drinking the tea in the evening and SWF in the AM. The SWF was the only elimination I had yesterday as well as today. Can I drink more sena tea? Any advice appreciated.

This is my first cleanse and i'm on my 2nd day as well and have done SWF both days as well as tea and having limited (very) eliminations....I'm nervous about drinking the salt water and it not coming out, is that bad?? I am one of those people that can go to mexico and drink the local water and get plugged up for a week!!
