Safety of Laxative Teas?

Hello...
I am wondering about how safe it is to take these laxative teas for extended periods of time? On the box of "Get Regular" it says not to take longer than 8-10 days, and on the "Smooth Move" box it says no longer than 2 weeks. What about for those of us doing the cleanse for longer than that? Thanks for your input!

im worried about this too......i have read that u can develop a lazy colon or somethin from overdoin the senna?

Hi guysn /gals , I just finished day 12 tonight . I plan on going for the maximum days . I skipped the tea tonight for the first time since the start. I will definitely do the swf in the morning I am concerned about using my senna tea for 41 days . Can any more experienced people guide me on this aspect of mc ? Other wise I'm very happy to be cleansing . I feel this is life changing .
